Associate – Leveraged Finance & Acquisition Finance, Munich

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or near-qualified (Berufseinsteiger welcome)
• Transactional experience or strong interest in leveraged finance, acquisition financing and private equity transactions
• Fluent German and professional working English; comfortable working in international teams
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial mindset and ability to work under pressure
