Join a leading international life‑sciences practice advising pharma, biotech, medtech and health‑tech clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters across the product lifecycle. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and implementing licence, collaboration, R&D and supply agreements, plus support on M&A and asset transactions.

You will work in cross‑border project teams with other practice specialists, have direct client contact and contribute to commercial and regulatory advice on market access, compliance and governance issues.

Law degree and Swiss bar qualification (Anwaltspatent)
Strong interest in pharma, biotech, medtech and digital health and related regulatory frameworks
Experience or academic exposure to licensing, collaborations and M&A in life sciences
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken); strong analytical and pragmatic problem‑solving approach
Comfortable with direct client interaction and working in international, multidisciplinary teams
