We are seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Montréal disputes team. The role involves managing and advancing files in defence and claim matters under partner/senior supervision, appearing before Quebec courts and professional tribunals, and collaborating with experts and clients on strategy and case preparation.

The position requires handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with particular exposure to insurance, construction and professional‑liability disputes. You will draft pleadings and factums, lead and participate in examinations for discovery, prepare evidence, and represent clients at motions, mediations and trials.

The team operates in a bilingual, collaborative environment with hybrid working flexibility and formal mentoring and development programs. Fluency in both French and English is essential given frequent interaction with anglophone clients and other offices.

Civil law degree from a recognized university and member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
3–7 years' relevant litigation experience (insurance, construction, commercial litigation, and/or professional liability preferred).
Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
Proven drafting, advocacy and discovery skills; strong legal analysis, judgment and attention to detail.
Team player with client-facing experience, strategic thinking and negotiation ability.
