Well-regarded law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Rome litigation, arbitration and ADR team. The role sits within a dedicated disputes group and involves working closely with senior lawyers on complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including cross-border disputes where relevant.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting court documents, legal opinions and defence briefs, providing both contentious and pre-litigation advice, and supporting the strategic management of cases. The team offers a collaborative environment, ongoing professional training and clear opportunities for development.

3–4 years post-qualification experience in litigation at a leading law firm or comparable setting
Strong experience in civil and/or commercial dispute resolution, including cross-border matters
Excellent drafting skills (court filings, opinions, defence briefs) and strategic case support
Master's degree in Law (laurea magistrale), top academic record (110/110)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
