Respected national litigation practice is hiring a 2nd–4th year associate to join its Supreme Court and appellate team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on high‑stakes appellate work, including merits and certiorari briefing, oral argument preparation, and appellate strategy across federal and administrative matters.

Strong appellate writing and briefing skills are essential; significant experience with Administrative Procedure Act issues is preferred. The group regularly handles matters before federal appellate courts and the Supreme Court and offers formal development and mentorship for associates advancing in appellate practice.
