Top-tier corporate team is seeking associates to join its M&A and private equity practice in San Francisco. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters.

Successful candidates will manage transactions, draft deal documents, and take on significant client contact. This is a high-responsibility role suited to entrepreneurial associates who want autonomy and opportunities to develop client relationships.

• Law school class years 2018–2021
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and proven deal management ability
• Commercial judgment, client-facing skills and an entrepreneurial, business-development orientation
