Associate — Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity, Frankfurt

Leading corporate team in Frankfurt is seeking associates to work on national and cross‑border M&A and private equity transactions. The role offers hands‑on deal experience across public and private M&A, including mid‑cap and larger buy‑out work.

You will join a collegial, international practice that provides active mentoring, structured professional development and exposure to high‑quality, cross‑border mandates.

• German legal qualification with at least good state exam results (vollbefriedigend or equivalent)
• Very good command of English
• Strong commercial interest, initiative and team orientation
