Associate, Motor (Insurance) — Manchester

Join a national insurance litigation team in Manchester as an Associate specialising in motor claims. You will work in a small team handling a mix of fast-track and multi-track motor injury matters on behalf of major insurer clients, with regular supervision and structured development.

The role involves managing your own caseload, drafting pleadings, preparing instructions to counsel and experts, attending conferences, and maintaining strong client communication. The team operates a hybrid pattern (approximately two days in office per week).

• Qualified solicitor with c.2–5 years PQE in motor or personal injury litigation
• Experience in Multi-Track claims preferred; strong Fast Track experience considered
• Proven capability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Strong drafting, research and client-facing skills; attention to detail
