Private Companies Associate — Corporate (Emerging Growth & Venture Capital)

Growing national private companies team is seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to advise emerging and growth-stage companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture financings, general corporate counseling through growth cycles, and supporting liquidity events.

Position is open across multiple U.S. offices, with particular hiring needs in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Successful candidates will join a collaborative, nationally oriented corporate practice that handles high-growth, venture-backed matters.

• 3–6 years post-qualification corporate transactional experience, with substantial exposure to early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Deep experience advising venture-backed companies on financings and general corporate matters
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
