3–6 years of meaningful corporate finance experience
Vast majority of associate career spent in capital markets (equity, high yield, and/or hybrid capital offerings) or debt finance (acquisition financings, syndicated term loans, or direct-lending arrangements)
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in capital markets
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
