Associate — Professional Liability

A hybrid, full-time associate role within a busy professional indemnity team, based in either Leeds or Newcastle. You will join a team acting for insurers and insured professionals on complex professional liability and construction-related claims.

The role involves managing professional indemnity matters from inception to resolution, advising on coverage and liability, drafting pleadings and technical advice, and collaborating across the wider insurance practice. There is scope to support business development and client relationship work.

This is a chance for a technically strong, commercially minded solicitor to progress their career in a supportive, collaborative team.

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Experience in professional indemnity, insurance litigation or complex commercial disputes
• Ideally exposure to construction-related professional liability matters
• Strong technical and analytical skills; confident written and oral communicator; client-focused
