An established team in Leeds is recruiting a Senior Associate with professional indemnity experience to join its Professional and Commercial Risk group. The role offers varied, client-facing work acting for insurers and insured professionals across the full lifecycle of professional liability matters.

You will manage your own caseload of professional negligence claims, handle pre-action and litigated work, and engage directly with clients, experts and counsel. The post includes supervision of more junior fee-earners and close collaboration with colleagues regionally and across the firm's broader international network.

Approximately 5+ years' PQE in professional indemnity/professional negligence work
Proven client-handling and relationship skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
Experience managing a caseload, supervising junior lawyers and directing expert/counsel instruction
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) and strategic insurance advice
Team-oriented, adaptable to change and comfortable working in a collaborative, commercially focused practice
