Top-tier New York office seeks an experienced associate to join its Project Development & Finance group. The team focuses on development and project financing for large-scale energy, renewables, green/sustainable and infrastructure transactions.

Ideal candidates will work on complex, high-value matters for sponsor, lender and developer clients across project development and financing transactions. The role is full-time and intended for experienced hires (not current law students).

Compensation is competitive and tied to associate class year under the firm's standard scale.

Minimum of 3 years' corporate transactional experience at a law firm (project finance, energy, infrastructure experience preferred).
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience with project development and financing documents.
Ability to manage workstreams on large, complex cross-border matters and collaborate with senior deal teams.
J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in New York; excellent academic and professional references.
