Associate — Project Finance, New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a New York-based energy and infrastructure practice focused on project finance and related M&A. The role involves working on energy project financings and infrastructure transactions, with responsibility for drafting primary deal documents and supporting complex closings.

The team values collaboration and offers exposure to sustained deal flow across project finance and transactional matters. Candidates will work closely with partners and senior counsel on both financings and M&A aspects of infrastructure projects.

• 3–7 years' relevant experience in project finance, energy finance, or M&A
• Admission to practice in New York
• Proven experience drafting primary deal documents and managing substantial transaction workstreams
• Strong commercial drafting, negotiation skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
