Associate, Public Procurement (Vergaberecht) — Munich

Join a leading German public‑law team advising on national and cross‑border procurement matters. The role offers hands‑on work across the full procurement lifecycle, from project design through award, for public sector clients and private bidders.

You will work closely with colleagues across offices on complex public‑procurement and administrative‑law mandates, receive early client contact, and have scope to develop technical expertise and propose practice initiatives.

• German legal qualification (Rechtsreferendariat passed / admitted to practice) or equivalent eligibility to advise on public law matters in Germany.
• Interest or some experience in public procurement (Vergaberecht) and administrative/public law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills, comfortable working in German; English language ability advantageous.
• Team‑oriented, able to manage matters and contribute to cross‑office projects.
