Associate, Real Estate — Cleveland

We are seeking a team-oriented real estate associate to join a well-established Cleveland office. The role will sit in a full-service real estate practice handling matters across acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial office leasing.

The position offers exposure to a broad commercial real estate practice and collaboration with experienced partners and associates. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

• J.D. degree and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years' real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage multiple matters
