Senior Associate, Real Estate — Cleveland

Growing real estate group seeks a team-oriented Senior Associate to join its Cleveland office. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will work on transactions from diligence through closing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and advise on leasing and financing structures. This is a hands-on role with opportunity for client-facing responsibility and practice development.

• 6+ years of post-qualification real estate transactional experience
• Demonstrated experience in acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate finance
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills
• Admission to the Ohio bar or ability to become admitted
