This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers regular collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and international colleagues. Successful candidates will support sophisticated transactional matters for investors, sponsors, REITs and lenders.
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in real estate transactions
- Substantive experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A and financings
- Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills
- Comfort working across offices and with cross-disciplinary/international teams
