Associate, Real Estate — Detroit

Top-tier regional law firm is seeking a team-oriented Real Estate associate to join its Detroit office. The role focuses on transactional matters across the real estate lifecycle, supporting a busy practice group.

The ideal candidate will handle acquisitions, dispositions, real estate financings and commercial leasing matters. You will work closely with partners and other associates on deal execution and client-facing transactions.

• Approximately 5 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills on complex transactions.
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction.
