Leading international law firm is seeking Rechtsanwälte/Rechtsanwältinnen (associates) to join its Real Estate Finance team in Frankfurt. The role involves advising on the full life cycle of commercial real estate financings, including origination, syndication, secondary loan trading and restructurings.

You will work in international, multi-disciplinary teams on large, high‑profile transactions and benefit from global expertise, structured training and clear career development paths. The team offers exposure to cross-border matters and close collaboration with other practice areas.

Open to entry-level candidates and associates with prior banking or real estate finance experience who are comfortable working on complex transactions in German and English.

German second state examination (Zweites Staatsexamen) or equivalent full qualification
Strong academic record and solid grounding in banking/real estate finance concepts
Fluent written and spoken English
Team player with commitment to high-quality client service; open to both career starters and candidates with prior relevant experience
