Associate – Real Estate Litigation, London

Join a market-leading property litigation team in London handling a broad range of contentious real estate matters for corporate and private clients. The team acts on complex, high-value disputes and regularly undertakes court and appellate work, mediations and arbitration.

This role offers early responsibility within a collaborative team: you will manage a varied caseload, advise on commercial and construction-related property disputes, attend court and contribute to strategy, and build relationships with industry contacts and clients.

• 2-5 years PQE in property/real estate litigation
• Proven technical skills in contentious real estate matters and court experience
• Strong academic background and excellent drafting and advocacy skills
• Commercial judgment, client-facing confidence and resilience under pressure
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and effective teamworking
