Minimum 2 years' PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation
Experience on large-scale commercial insolvency and/or restructuring matters, including cross-border issues
Strong drafting, analytical and technical legal skills; court document experience
Excellent client liaison and negotiation skills; ability to take carriage of files
Collaborative team player with mentoring capability and commercial approach
