Apply in confidence →Global practice seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its construction disputes team in Australia. The role focuses on high-value, multi-party construction and infrastructure disputes, including domestic and international arbitration and court litigation.
You'll support strategy for major project claims, manage external counsel and experts, draft substantive litigation/arbitration documents, and assist with regulatory and cross-border issues. The team handles all phases of dispute resolution and values commercial judgment, client focus and resilience under pressure.
- Australian-qualified lawyer
- 2–6 years PQE in construction disputes / construction litigation
- Experience with arbitration and multi-party project disputes preferred
- Strong drafting, advocacy support and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate experts and discovery
