Leading Perth office is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its corporate team with a focus on energy and natural resources. The role offers hands-on transactional work across M&A and project-related matters for clients across the sector.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on structuring and regulatory issues relevant to energy and resources projects, and working closely with partners and clients on live deals.

The team is collaborative and offers exposure to high‑profile domestic transactions, with structured support for career development and increasing client responsibility.

Admission in Australia and eligibility to practise in Western Australia
Demonstrable corporate/M&A experience, ideally with energy and natural resources transactions
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and negotiation skills
Ability to manage matters, supervise junior staff and work directly with clients
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, transactional environment
