Associate / Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution — Warsaw

Join a busy dispute resolution team in Warsaw advising on commercial litigation and arbitration. The role involves preparing legal analyses and opinions, developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, managing court deadlines and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

• Graduate of law faculty and currently progressing through professional qualification (where applicable)
• Minimum c.3 years' post-qualification litigation experience, with commercial proceedings experience
• Proven drafting skills (pleadings, opinions) and experience with court/arbitration procedure
• Fluent English for daily professional use; German an advantage
• Strong organisational, communication and team-working skills
