Senior associate role within a busy Banking & Finance team at the firm's Warsaw office. The role focuses on transactional banking work, including real estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financings.

Day-to-day duties include drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance and security documents, assisting with financing structures, performing due diligence, preparing closing documentation and coordinating post-closing steps. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.

Master's degree in Polish law and Polish legal qualification (Advocate or Attorney‑at‑Law).
Approximately 5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in transactional banking & finance, including exposure to real estate finance.
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; experience with due diligence and closing processes.
Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of matters, meet deadlines, supervise junior lawyers and work collaboratively; interest in business development is a plus.
