Leading global financial services team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (4–5 years PQE) to join its Financial Services & Funds practice, with opportunities in Sydney or Brisbane. The role focuses on regulatory and funds work across payments, fintech, licensing, AML/CTF, ETFs, structured products and derivatives.

You will work closely with domestic and international colleagues on cross‑border matters for institutional and corporate clients, taking responsibility for drafting, client advice, and project management. The role offers exposure to complex, market‑leading matters and secondment and development opportunities across the firm's global network.

4–5 years PQE in financial services regulatory work
Experience advising on payments/fintech, licensing, AML/CTF and funds management or related financial products
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; commercial client‑service focus
Proven ability to work in cross‑office and international teams, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development
