Associate / Senior Associate, Projects — Energy & Resources, Perth

Join a projects team in Perth advising on high‑profile mining, oil & gas and energy transactions across Australia and the region. You will work on acquisitions/divestments, project development and expansions, regulatory matters, joint ventures and commercial agreements such as LNG sales and power purchase agreements.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with a hybrid working arrangement. The team offers hands‑on partner support, varied transactional work and opportunities to develop technical and business development skills within an active energy and resources practice.

• Experience in mining, oil & gas or renewables (private practice or in‑house) at a top or specialist firm.
• Ability to manage smaller matters and lead elements of larger transactions with limited supervision.
• Strong team ethic, mentoring capability and willingness to contribute to others' development.
• Motivation to engage in business development activities and build client relationships.
