Join a market-leading Projects & Development team in Perth advising on major mining, oil & gas and energy transactions across Australia and the region. You will work on acquisitions and divestments, project development and expansions (including renewables), regulatory matters, joint ventures and sales/transportation agreements such as LNG and power purchase arrangements.

The role offers hands-on exposure to high-profile, cross-border matters, close partner interaction, and opportunity to lead smaller matters and significant components of larger transactions. The team supports hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

Experience in mining, oil & gas or renewables projects — private practice or combined private practice/in-house background welcomed.
Ability to manage smaller matters independently and contribute to larger transactions.
