Senior litigation role in a specialist Property, Energy & Construction (PEC) insurance team based in Sydney. The team handles technically complex, high-value insurance disputes for insurers and reinsurers, including cross-border and large infrastructure matters.

The role is dispute-focused: running PEC insurance claims from inception to resolution, preparing coverage advice, pleadings and correspondence, and assisting with subrogation and business interruption matters. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with access to an integrated international network.

Experience in PEC insurance litigation or related defendant-side insurance work from a reputable private practice background
Strong technical and drafting skills with ability to manage a varied caseload
Experience with first-party property, contractors all risks, industrial special risks, business interruption or public liability (property damage) claims is advantageous
Proactive, organised, and interested in building a long-term career in a specialist insurance disputes practice
