Join a busy Brisbane real estate and development team advising on a broad mix of high‑profile commercial, industrial, residential and mixed‑use projects. You will work across development, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, sale and leaseback, joint ventures and real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

The role offers exposure to complex transactions across sectors including government, healthcare, infrastructure and banking, with opportunities to work with colleagues in other offices and on cross‑jurisdictional matters. Experience in a real estate team at a reputable law firm or a combination of private practice and in‑house real estate experience
Experience advising on acquisition, development and disposal of real estate assets and related leasing or joint venture arrangements
Ability to manage matters autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to contribute to business development activities (pitches, articles, events) and to mentor more junior lawyers
