Join a national Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services team advising major industry, retail and public sector superannuation funds on regulatory and transactional matters. The role offers exposure to complex regulatory change projects, APRA/ASIC investigations and large fund mergers, plus broader licensing, disclosure and compliance work under the Australian financial services regime.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available. You will work closely with senior lawyers across offices and have opportunities for secondments and international collaboration.

Experience in superannuation or financial services regulatory work (private practice or in-house).
Demonstrable interest in specialising in superannuation and financial services regulation while maintaining broader advisory capability.
Strong academic record and excellent legal research, drafting and client-facing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a desire to mentor and develop junior lawyers.
