Join a large international tax team based in Dublin, providing advisory and transactional tax work across corporate, real estate, finance and funds. The role offers exposure to both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters delivered with a global network of tax specialists.

You will act as a key member of the Dublin tax practice, taking lead roles on transactional work, structuring and advisory projects, and supporting tax risk/W&I insurance mandates. The position is client-facing and will involve collaboration with colleagues across jurisdictions and occasional international travel.

This role offers development opportunities for both generalists and those wishing to build a specialist tax practice, with responsibility for mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development and thought leadership.

3 years PQE (Associate) or 4+ years PQE (Senior Associate) in tax at a law firm or equivalent setting.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions on corporate, real estate, finance or funds transactions.
Strong commercial awareness, ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and team-management skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of international teams.
Enthusiasm for further professional development (e.g. CTA) and for client development/business development activities.
