Seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join a growing Professional Liability team within a Global Risks & Financial Lines practice in Dublin. The role offers exposure to professional indemnity and insurance defence work, including construction-related professional negligence claims.

The position involves working closely with senior lawyers on pre-action and litigated matters for insurers and professionals, preparing pleadings and witness statements, managing discovery and case progression, and supporting mediations and court proceedings in Ireland.

This is a strong development opportunity for a candidate with a background in commercial litigation who wishes to specialise in professional negligence, insurance litigation and construction disputes.

Newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly.
Background in commercial litigation; exposure to professional negligence or insurance defence preferred.
Experience with construction litigation and/or UK litigation welcome.
Strong drafting, analytical skills and attention to detail; proactive and organised approach.
Comfort working collaboratively with insurers, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
