Join a well-established national personal injury practice in Leeds as an Associate Solicitor within the Serious Injury team. You will handle a caseload of high-impact serious injury matters, advising adults and children who have sustained life-changing injuries and working with multidisciplinary teams to help secure rehabilitation and long-term support as well as compensation.

This role offers the opportunity to manage your own files with partner and senior support on complex/high-value cases, contribute to team objectives, and assist with training and mentoring junior colleagues. The team culture emphasises client care, empathy and practical outcomes.

  • Solicitor with approximately 4–8 years PQE in serious personal injury litigation.
  • Proven experience working on brain, spinal cord or other life-changing injury cases or equivalent serious injury matters.
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex matters.
  • Strong client-handling skills, empathy for vulnerable clients, and clear written and oral advocacy.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to contribute to business development and team growth.
