An established law firm seeks a tax associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its tax practice. The group advises clients on a range of transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and international transactions.

The ideal candidate brings a high level of motivation and initiative, strong problem-solving ability, and the poise to manage several concurrent matters while maintaining excellent client relationships. A record of strong academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is expected.

This role may be based in one of several offices across major US markets, and candidates with an LLM are preferred (though not required).

2–6 years of tax experience, ideally advising on M&A, capital markets and/or international transactions
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of motivation and initiative
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent matters and strong client-relations skills
LLM preferred, but not required
