A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level lateral associate to join its Tax Group in its Chicago office. The ideal candidate brings strong transactional tax experience and will work on sophisticated, high-profile matters for a demanding client base.

This is a hands-on role for an attorney who takes pride in delivering a high-quality work product and exceptional client service. Experience with partnership taxation and/or REITs is a plus but not required.
