Leading national law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Tax practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of tax matters, working on advisory and transactional issues for corporate and private clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that advises on UK and cross-border tax planning, structuring and compliance. The post is open across the firm's UK offices, with opportunities to work on multi-jurisdictional matters.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical tax knowledge, clear drafting and good commercial judgement. The team offers development and progression for lawyers looking to deepen a specialist tax career.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent tax qualification (or near-qualified) with UK tax experience
Practical experience advising on tax advisory and transactional matters
Strong drafting, research and client-facing skills; ability to work on cross-border instructions
Team player with commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple matters
