• 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in technology-focused transactional work
• Experience gained at a leading law firm or in-house team handling commercial tech contracts
• Strong knowledge of commercial and legal issues in technology contracts (warranties, indemnities, liability caps, SLAs, transition/exit, change control, escrow arrangements)
• Ability to manage moderately complex matters and to work collaboratively in a team
