Join a busy litigation team in Las Vegas handling product liability, general liability, premises liability and catastrophic injury matters. The role involves managing a docket of litigation matters from investigation through trial, with frequent opportunities to prepare pre-trial materials, argue motions and participate in mediations and trials.

The position requires a proactive, organized associate who can interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel, take and defend depositions, draft and respond to discovery, and produce high-quality legal research and written advocacy. 2–8 years of litigation experience, with substantial product liability and general liability exposure
Admission to the Nevada bar
Proven experience taking and defending depositions, handling discovery and preparing motions and pre-trial materials
Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload (typically 10–20 matters) and prioritize competing deadlines
