The successful candidate will draft substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, along with oppositions, and will assist with related appeals. The position involves conducting thorough legal research, analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to build compelling arguments, and staying current on legal developments.

Responsibilities include drafting, filing, and arguing motions, legal briefs, and memoranda in state and federal courts, as well as preparing and responding to pleadings and appellate briefs. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Admitted to the Nevada Bar
One to seven years of experience with substantive motion practice
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience in both state and federal courts
Proven success drafting and arguing motions
