A national litigation team is seeking a Law & Motion Associate to join its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on motion practice and related appellate work in both Nevada state and federal courts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and drafting substantive motions and oppositions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.), preparing and responding to pleadings and appellate briefs, and supporting oral advocacy. The position requires strong legal research, persuasive writing, and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive matters.

Admission to the Nevada Bar
1–7 years post-qualification experience with significant motion practice experience
Proven legal research and persuasive writing skills; experience drafting and winning dispositive motions preferred
Familiarity with federal and state procedural rules and appellate briefing; ability to manage competing deadlines
