Senior associate-level role within a national Workplace Health & Safety team based in Sydney. The team advises public and private sector clients on workplace incidents, regulatory investigations, prosecutions and inquests, as well as incident management, psychosocial matters, transport and building safety issues.

You will work on a varied caseload, conduct workplace and incident investigations, draft pleadings and advice, and collaborate with a national group of specialists. The role offers client exposure across government and industry sectors including construction, transport, food, FMCG and energy.

  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in workplace health & safety or employment law.
  • Experience or strong interest in investigations, regulatory prosecutions and inquests.
  • Well-developed legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, organisation and a collaborative approach to team work.
