Join a global legal consulting platform that places experienced employment lawyers into flexible, project-based roles across Australia. Assignments range from short-term in-house secondments to fixed-period engagements supporting advisory teams, typically on a part-time or four-day-per-week basis.

We are seeking self-directed employment lawyers with strong technical experience in general employment law and some exposure to disputes/litigation. The role is consultant-facing: you will take on client work when available, supported by a dedicated consultant management team and access to extensive firm resources, training and networks.

Qualified to practise in Australia (unrestricted) and eligible to live and work in Australia
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience
Experience providing general employment law advice; exposure to employment disputes/litigation preferred
Comfortable working as a casual consultant or via an independent legal practice
Strong commercial awareness, client-service focus and excellent communication skills
Self-starter, adaptable, and able to operate in multi-functional, multi-national project environments
