Attorney — Insurance Coverage & Coverage Litigation

Growing insurance coverage team seeks attorneys to work on coverage and coverage litigation matters for insurer clients. The role involves advising on policy rights and obligations, drafting coverage opinions, and supporting complex commercial general liability and excess policy disputes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, discovery, motions and correspondence; managing deadlines and client communications; and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations.

• Admission to the California bar; other US bar admissions may be considered for experienced candidates.
• Experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with an interest in coverage work.
• Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and project-prioritization abilities; able to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
