We are seeking experienced Banking & Finance lawyers to join a global flexible legal consulting platform, taking on interim assignments with leading international banks, corporates and sovereign wealth funds across the UAE. Assignments are typically six months in length and based on-site in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, so candidates should ideally reside in the region.

Consultants work directly with clients or alongside a top-tier international law firm, providing legal support across corporate and investment banking operations. Typical work includes advising on day-to-day business activities and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating financing documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Recent assignments have included advising a systemically important regional bank on cross-border financing transactions, Islamic finance structures, trade finance, project finance, and regulatory compliance matters, as well as supporting product launches and governance issues. 4–10 years' top-tier post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance.
Strong background in corporate and investment banking, regulatory and compliance matters.
Experience drafting and negotiating financing documentation, including syndicated and bilateral facilities, trade finance, guarantees and collateral.
Familiarity with Islamic finance structures is advantageous.
Exposure to UAE law, DIFC regulations and international standards preferred.
Ability to commit to on-site client assignments in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
