An international legal consulting platform is seeking experienced real estate lawyers to join its interim consultant pool in the United Arab Emirates. Consultants take on self-directed, typically full-time assignments of around six months, either embedded within the platform's practice groups or directly with client legal teams in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Flexible working arrangements are sometimes available.

Assignments span a broad range of commercial real estate work, including real estate planning, development and projects, property acquisitions and disposals, title review, landlord and tenant matters, corporate support, and the real estate aspects of finance transactions. Consultants may also advise on infrastructure arrangements such as land leases, corridor licences, utility and construction agreements, port licences and general land matters.

A minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in real estate planning, development and transactions
Top-tier commercial real estate experience at a law firm, ideally with recent in-house exposure in a recognised organisation
Experience across property acquisitions and disposals, title review, landlord and tenant work, corporate support and real estate finance aspects
Middle East experience and fluency in Arabic preferred
A practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling practice as a lawyer in the region
A consultant mindset: professional, flexible, adaptable and self-directed
