Experienced litigation attorney sought to join a national finance and banking disputes team. The role supports complex banking-related litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement matters handled across multiple offices; flexible location within the firm’s US network.

You will work on drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery (including e-discovery), supporting motion practice and coordinating with transactional and regulatory colleagues. The team handles a mix of contested matters and counseling for financial-services clients in a collaborative, high-volume practice.

The role offers exposure to cross-office matters and senior lawyers on nationally significant matters while providing opportunities for client-facing responsibility and professional growth.

J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Relevant litigation experience (banking/financial services litigation preferred).
Strong writing, research and motion-drafting skills.
Experience managing discovery and e-discovery tools; familiarity with litigation workflow.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with regulatory/transactional teams.
