Mortgage Finance Associate (Structured Finance)

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its U.S. Banking and Finance practice, with a focus on securitization, warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions.

The role involves advising on mortgage and consumer asset-backed financings from origination through closing, working within a collaborative national team that handles a high volume of sophisticated structured finance matters.
