Bankruptcy Partner — Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy bankruptcy and restructuring team in Dallas. The role focuses on leading restructuring, insolvency and debtor/creditor representation across chapter proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.

The partner will manage significant matters from engagement to resolution, mentor junior lawyers, and work with a national practice group to deliver coordinated client service. Strong client-development skills are expected as the office grows its regional platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring or insolvency matters
• Track record of originating and managing complex chapter and out-of-court restructurings
• Proven client-development and team leadership skills
