You will handle complex filings and advise on technical immigration matters within a collaborative, team-oriented group that emphasizes process standardization and technology-enabled workflows.

In this role you will manage case preparation and filings, research and develop strategies for complex matters, and communicate solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders. You will also mentor junior staff, help maintain file and data-quality standards, and take part in business development and cross-selling opportunities.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience managing complex matters
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
